Janet Digby is an Auckland based project manager with skills in market research and facilitation. She has worked on projects for many high profile organisations including major trading banks, government organisations, Crown Research Institutes, construction and telecommunications companies.

After having worked for these types of organisations, she now uses her  business expertise to help a variety of clients, including a number within the health sector.

"Janet has consistently produced robust and insightful analysis on complex health and education issues that we have found invaluable in the design and delivery of our services.”
Scott Johnston, CEO, The Hearing House.

In addition to longer term projects, Janet has recently been engaged to:
- Develop quality assurance policies for the National Screening Unit for the newborn hearing screening programme
- Develop and manage a national online database to collect information about new cases of hearing loss diagnosed in New Zealand children
- Design and implement the latest of 7 annual online membership surveys for the New Zealand Audiological Society
- Scope a new service for a service provider in the health sector

Clients enjoy the experience Janet brings to her roles, without the significant overheads of a larger company, putting these services well within the reach of many organisations.

"Janet got her head around a complex task very quickly, and produced a cogent and convincing report that not only gave us a clear direction, but also assured us that we had been right to choose her. Her high quality analysis, relationship and communication skills, and passion to contribute to positive social causes were all evident..."
Iain Hines, Executive Director, JR McKenzie Trust

Janet focuses on understanding the needs of your organisation and on delivering business-relevant results on time and within budget. As a result, her clients keep coming back.

"Your work to achieve all that you have is testimony to your ability to build sound and cordial relationships with partners and the quality of your forecasting work. Trustees have asked that I express their appreciation for the dedication and passion you have shown for your work and for helping to make the cochlear implant service what it is today."
Lee Schoushkoff, Trustee and Chief Executive, Northern Cochlear Implant Trust
